Flea Bites Description On Dogs

When I first started playing darts team, a little over a year, thought that the functions (or rather, the obligations) of the master were limited mainly to meet three objectives:
a) decide on changes of players during a league match
b ) sign the minutes of the game
c) contacting the opposing teams captain to arrange friendly matches deferrals because of specific incidents.

I felt that to implement these steps are not required to have a great preparation or special skills, just had to have seniority or being the best team player in the game esctricto sense, that is, the best throw and scored; which always got more hits.

time, parties, meet captains and experiences have helped me to recognize how wrong I was about the seemingly simple job of a captain and his qualities darters. Change a player during a game, contact with another master or sign an act entails a responsibility that weighs more than the image of privilege and power that surrounds the figure of a captain.
In its horizon not only draw the outlines of these three basic duties. There is more, much more than a simple administrative protocol, there is a whole network of behaviors, attitudes and initiatives whose main objective is the achievement and maintenance of hegemony, cohesion and balance contribute to the growth of team effectiveness.
is to admire the masters who are able to positively influence certain behaviors of their players, thereby achieving greater efficiency in both the overall team performance and the individual level of each player. Another virtue is the ability estimable captain to effectively resolve the conflicts that may arise during a competition. Even the sport of darts is free of undesirable situations, situations on the other hand, are valuable opportunities to display the code of ethics, knowledge of written and unwritten rules and the ability to emerge staff to resolve a conflict in a positive way to approach, channeling the tensions and controlling not only their own emotions, but also those of other players. A captain earns respect by displaying exemplary conduct, among other things.

And what about interpersonal conflicts in a team?, What role does the captain here?. From my point of view and accidentally fall in the Utopia or scatter philosophy of balance, the captain's role in these situations should be decisive. Clearly, a captain may not have sufficient power or authority to solve a strictly personal conflict between two or three members team, especially if the nature of the differences come from an external environment outside the team, but with the consequences that could affect the discipline and heterogeneity of the group, given the strained relationships that could put at risk all the balance collective harmony. Just as a captain should never create discord and discrimination among their own comrades, should also be able to resolve any conflict or crisis situation that could damage the set of players. The hard and dangerous rival is one's own emotional instability of a team, and the captain should be shrewd enough to block the negative emotions of the players during training or competition.

is true that many of the decisions taken by a captain does not usually enjoy extreme popularity, especially in regard to changing players during a game. Nobody likes to be substituted, nobody likes warm bench, is on the darts and football. It is also true that the degree of acceptance of decisions depends greatly on the level of play of the teams and mindset of the players. The game viewing is not the same for a high-level team to one that starts. Whatever the situation, I believe that common sense and consistency to remain unchanged in spirit of the master.

is also true that when the sky is clear and the boat is going well, the captain as the seamen have and enjoy the majestic calm and happy journey that is going in the top of the table, but alas when it's bad weather and the boat is that anxiety! "The capital will be blamed?

Until next
